About

Hi. My name is Neelam Raval and I’m the CEO and Founder of RAVAL VA. With a background in senior hospitality management, in large name brand restaurants and in smaller independent niche cafes I wore many hats. In such fast-paced environments, I honed key skills: communication, organisation, flexibility, and an eye for detail, skills perfectly suited to what I do now. As a virtual assistant, I have combined my extensive customer service and admin skills with my love for planning and organising,  my passion for learning (the more curious the better) and my desire for a better work/life balance.

Rates

Pay As You Go

The standard rate is £25ph and time is tracked using a time-tracking system, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. At the end of the month, we will send you a full breakdown of the time, along with your invoice.

Projects

Perhaps you have a project in mind? We can discuss this together and decide what support is needed.

Retainers

If you are after on-going monthly assistance, then it may be easier to just pay for a set number of hours each month. These are valid for a month and means you will get priority over pay-as-you-go clients.

Additional Payment Info

Payment method is via bank transfer. Additional expenses including telephone calls, stationery, postage and mileage are charged at cost price. For new clients, a 50% deposit payment will be required in advance of work commencing. Established clients are billed monthly. Minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour. Thereafter time is billed in 15-minute increments. Payment terms are 14 days.
